First U.S. implant of the Cardiac Implants
Tri-Ring™ Device

Investigators at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medicine performed the very first U.S. implant of the Cardiac Implants Tri-Ring™ Percutaneous Annuloplasty Device. The patient implant procedure was led by Mark Reisman, MD with assistance from Chiu Wong, MD, Stephanie Mick, MD, Jennifer Jantz, MD and Shmuel Chen, MD and the Cornell Heart Valve Research Team.

This case is the very first of an ongoing Early Feasibility Study in the U.S. to assess the safety and feasibility of the two-stage technology in patients suffering from moderate or greater functional tricuspid regurgitation.
