Our mission is to develop a minimally invasive transcatheter technology for complete ring annuloplasty, one that is easy to deploy and addresses the serious problem of tricuspid valve regurgitation while reducing procedure times, complication rates, and total hospital length of stay.
More than 1.6 million people in the US suffer from Tricuspid Regurgitation (TR) and for people with serious regurgitation, 70% of them will die within five years. Surgical ring annuloplasty – a highly effective but also highly invasive procedure – is considered the gold standard of surgical therapy in the US.

OUR THERAPY GOAL
We aim to leverage the natural healing power of the human body, while treating the root cause of functional TR, annular dilation. The Tri-Ring™ device offers a minimally invasive transcatheter approach, unlike more invasive surgical ring annuloplasty, and is the first to leverage healing time to create strong bonds between the ring and the tissue.
The ultimate goal of our therapy is to allow for transcatheter repair of tricuspid annular dilation with durable results, with an approach that won’t preclude potential future valvular treatments, if needed.
